Terms of Service

Life Manager is a personal dashboard for planning and tracking your own life: projects, tasks, goals, health, money, journal and the people and things you look after. It is provided by Revel LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Accounts are personal, not for reselling access.

Your content

What you put in stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you, and run the features you use (for example totals, reminders and search). We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law, attack the service, try to reach other people’s data, or overload it with automated requests.
  • Do not upload anything you do not have the right to store.

Not professional advice

Numbers, trends and alerts are calculated from what you enter and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing here is medical, financial, legal or tax advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; Settings → Data exports everything at any time. We may change features or these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Revel LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it (which may be zero). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring it where you live. There is no arbitration requirement.
